Dissatisfied with the conviction of his daughter's accused killer, grieving Fred Blivens searches for the truth he feels hasn't been yet exposed. His search draws him into conflict, crime, and evil seldom experienced by the everyday person. It leads him into the darker passions of life and greed, as well as physical danger. Living an idyllic life of a successful businessman, he is caught up in a world of drugs, guns, lies, and deceit he'd never even thought of much less had to deal with. He discovers through his investigation and experiences in the U.S. and Mexico that there are worse things to lose in life than just your life. ¡Aguas! is Mexican Spanish for "Watch out!" Fred Blivens learns that it may just be " ¡Aguas!" for him for the rest of his life.
